Standard cable length for table lamp

Different countries request different cable length. for table lamp.
Below is the common standard. Of course,The final cable length will conform to customer's requirement.
Europe standard (No strict rule)
Min cable length: 1.8 meters
The distance from switch to lamp base: 40~50cm
USA standard (UL153 file has strict rule)
Min cable length: 1.8 meters
The distance from switch to lamp base: 150~165cm
